Trained Oil Painter and Digital Artist

Panspy is a U.S. based freelance artist who specializes in digital art, along with holding a BFA in Oil Painting. They have helped dozens of clients in well over half a decade bringing characters and ideas to life, and are always looking to connect with individuals hoping to realize their visions. Whether it be a commercial indie project, a gift for a loved one, a game master looking to surprise their players, or a personal project, they are sure to make the commissioning experience as easy and collaborative as possible.
Panspy graduated with a BFA in (oil) painting in 2023, but has always been a lifelong artist. This is a collection of their most recent works, showcasing a brand of magical realism, the surreal, and a love of (self) portraiture.

As someone with a passion for character design, Panspy is happiest collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life, or just be given creative freedom to make something completely new. All characters in this category have been designed by Panspy for clients with just a vague idea and a dream.
As sort of an artistic chameleon, Panspy feels comfortable drawing characters from any source material in any style given to them. As part of the artistic journey, dissecting other creators to understand their work is what makes learning so fun.
Graphic design IS their passion. Well, it's their clients passions. No matter, Panspy will rise to the occasion to bring your media fantasies to life with fake movie posters, game covers, and even wedding invites in Red Dead Online.
Panspy does not claim to be a comic artist, but has been known to dabble for personal projects.
A collection of example works showcasing a more realistic style in a digital format rather than traditional oil painting. The skills used in one art form easily transfer into the other, and its their background as an oil painter that really elevates their digital renderings.
As opposed to digital realism, this shows a collection of a much simpler category to express a range of personal styles.
By contacting Panspy through email or DM on any of their account profiles, you can ask additional questions as well as start your own commission process. If you do not receive a reply within 1 day, please continue to pester the artist or try a different method.
The commission process is made up of the following:
- Consultation (relaying what kind of commission you're interested in, the proposed budget, follow-up questions, timeline, payment plan, and any reference material.)
- Payment (50% up front, and the remaining 50% once your artwork is complete. If the client wishes, they may make the full payment up front.)
- Sketching (This phase is incredibly collaborative, and will involve feedback to make sure the client is completely satisfied before the main drawing commences. Any changes, no matter how small, are encouraged- this drawing is for YOU after all.)
- Line art (Once lines are finished, they will be sent to the client for approval. Minor changes can also be requested at this stage, but changing the pre-agreed upon sketch will be a small fee)
- Flat colors (Once flats are finished, they will be sent to the client for approval. Minor changes in color can also be requested at this stage.)
- Shading(if applicable)/The Completed Piece (At this stage, the final piece will be sent to the client and the final payment will be requested. Once received, the file will be sent to them VIA email to maintain a higher quality. Pleasure doing business with you!)
-Additional Changes (Any additional changes following the pre-approved stages of the drawing will come at a fee determined by the artist.)
Payment methods:
Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Google Pay
Payment apps such as Paypal may charge the artist a service fee up to $5
